• Ms Kara

  Hi I'm Kara! I am the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Eagan. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Business Management degree and received my MBA from the University of Minnesota. After spending almost 20 years in the supply chain and manufacturing industry I am excited to bring The Goddard School to the Eagan Community. My husband Matt and I have 2 boys - Noah and Evan - both of whom attended The Goddard School.

  Hello, my name is Amy! I have been in early childhood for 15 years. I have a BS in Early Childhood Development, an MBA and am currently in school to obtain my HR certification. I love education because it is incredibly rewarding. Kids are naturally curious, open-minded, and creative. They ask questions that challenge you to think in new ways. I am excited to work with Goddard because of the quality of care and education they strive for.

• Ashlyn

  Hi, my name is Ashlyn! I have worked in childcare for the past 8 years and have loved every part of it. I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently working on getting my Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in diversity, equality, and inclusion. My favorite part about education is the connections we make with the children. Creating those relationships and being able to help them learn and grow has been very rewarding. I am so excited to join The Goddard School team and can’t wait to get to know everyone!

  Hi my name is Emma! I have my bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Early Childhood Education. For the past 7 years, I have continued working with children in both school and childcare settings! I have such a strong passion for teaching young minds-it is amazing to see the growth and development! I am super excited to join the Goddard team to help guide little learners, keep supporting my own growth and professional development, and be a part of a supportive/positive team!

  Hi, my name is Haley! I have over 11 years experience working in childcare centers. I am in school working towards getting my Bachelors in Ealy Childhood Education. I enjoy getting to help children learn and develop at such a formative time in their lives. I am so excited to get to know so many new wonderful families!

  Hi, I'm Jacky. This year marks my 10th year in the classroom and I am excited to bring my experience and passion for early childhood education to The Goddard School. I also have my CDA. With two grown children of my own and 25 years of marriage, I deeply value family and connection. I look forward to helping your child grow and thrive!

  Hello, my name is Jen. I have over 10 years of teaching experience and love watching children master things they are working hard at learning. I love being able to hopefully change the world to be a better generation than the previous one. I am excited to get to know the children and families at Goddard!

  Hi, I am Katherine. I have volunteered and worked at various summer camps for 5 years. I love working in Early Childhood Development because you can always find smiles and laughter. I am so excited to work at a place that allows children to explore and learn in their own way.

  Hello, my name is Manasa! I worked as a software developer for 2 years but worked to be a teacher back in India. I miss the feel of walking towards kids every day and watching them learn and grow. I chose Goddard to do that again. I completed my Masters from Concordia University and Bachelors back in India.

  Hi, I am Melissa. I have 5 years experience in early childhood education. I have my Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems. I love being able to connect with each individual child. I am extremely excited about working at Goddard as it is a brand-new school and watching it grow over the years will be an amazing feeling. Can’t wait to meet you!

  Hi! I am Olivia. I have been working in early childhood education for over 6 years and love making an impact on the children’s lives. I am working toward my early childhood education degree and currently have my CDA. I love the environment at Goddard and am so excited to create relationships with all the children and families.

  Hi, I'm Sadie. I have 3 years experience in childcare. I have my CDA in Early Childhood Education. I love education because I feel it opens up so many different doors. I also love teaching sign language! I am excited to be at Goddard because I can continue doing what I love and continue to learn new things along the way each and every day!

  Hello, my name is Sophia! I have 7 years experience as an Infant Teacher and Assistant Director. I have an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. I love education because I enjoy watching each child learn and love celebrating each milestone they reach. I’m excited to be a part of a positive team and company that truly cares about each individual child and their development just as much as I do!

  Hi, I am Sydney. I love working with kids because I love seeing them get that ‘aha’ moment when they learn something new or accomplish something they have been working on. I am excited to be at Goddard because they strive to be the best and I want to be the best teacher I can be.

  Hello, my name is Tabitha. I have been teaching for 14 years and have my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I love seeing children become excited as they achieve a new milestone. I am excited to be at Goddard and be apart of the team. I can’t wait to create new relationships with families and watch each child achieve new goals!

  Hello, my name is Theresa. I have worked with various age groups from infants to school-age kiddos for 10+ years! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Teaching: Birth through 3rd grade. I love being that supportive teacher that I wish I had. I’m excited to start a new chapter in my career at the Goddard School and be surrounded by positivity.

  Hi, I’m Tia. I have around 13 years of childcare experience and am working on my bachelor's in early childhood education. I have a daughter of my own who attends Goddard. I love creating the best care for our families and children. I am extremely excited to be a part of the best team and create a wonderful experience for all the families who attend Goddard.

  Hello, my name is Arianna. I have worked in childcare for 3 years and have been babysitting & Nannying for almost 6. I am currently at the U of M studying Early Childhood Education with a minor in developmental psychology. I love to watch little minds grow and discover their world and am passionate about creating relationships with students & families. I am so excited to be at Goddard because of the wonderful team and positive environment.

  Hi, my name is Carmen! I have over 3 years experience working with children and am going to school to be a teacher’s assistant. I love education because every day I am learning something new from the kids. I am excited to work at Goddard because it is important for children to get an education. I love kids and Goddard is very focused on children’s wellbeing. The people here are friendly and helpful and the children are sweet and kind.

I enjoy spending time with my family and playing board games. I worked the last 3 years at an elementary school. I love education because I walk in every day to kids who are eager to learn. I have more than 4 years of experience helping children from infants to preschoolers with their daily routines, play, and learning activities. I have training in child development, health and safety, nutrition, and positive guidance. I love education because it not only teaches, it also transforms hearts, awakens creativity and shapes happy children.

Along with my teaching experience I have also completed several internships in various children settings.   Hi, my name is Haley! I am thrilled to join the Goddard team! I have been working in schools for a year now teaching art and photography to students ages 3-17. I also volunteer teaching art to students with special needs. I have a B.S. Degree in Studio Art and Design from the U of WI Eau Claire. I believe in the transformative power of learning and am dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment. I am excited to be a part of the Goddard school due to its commitment to excellence.

  Hi, I am Jazmin. I have worked in childcare for 3 years and was most recently a PreK teacher. I love and am passionate about teaching children. I am excited to be at Goddard because it is a new and different environment for me and I am excited to be part of a positive team.

I'm also almost finished with my CDA. I love teaching young kids because I love watching how excited they are to learn and explore new things. In these formative years of children’s lives, they discover the world and their place in it. I am so excited to be a part of their learning journey.
